What is Mechanic Legends?

Mechanic Legends is a Roblox vehicle simulator by Mechanic Devs, set in a fictional Argentine town nicknamed Mecánica Argentina. You start with almost nothing, buy destroyed cars at the junkyard or the auction, tow them to your plot, and rebuild them piece by piece on the lift.

The hook is depth of disassembly: every engine part can come out and be swapped for a racing equivalent, then the shell gets paint, rims and a stance drop before it goes back on the market. Whether you are clearing your first engine warning light, hunting a rare junkyard spawn, or chasing a sub-10 second drag time, this wiki covers the route.

Mechanic Legends Beginner Guide

The first 30 minutes, in order: group bonus, codes, the 500 Cash entry car, your first junkyard wreck and the first resale. Follow it exactly and you finish your first session with a repaired car and a profit instead of a drained balance.

1Join the Mechanic Devs Roblox group for the one-time 5,000 Cash bonus before you spend anything.
2Redeem 30KLIKES and 35KLIKES for 50,000 Cash combined - no level or progress requirement.
3Open the garage menu, press To Garage and buy the Beginner Car for about 500 Cash so you stop walking everywhere.
4Open the map, press Set Waypoint next to Junkyard and follow the green arrow to the wreck lot.
5Inspect a car's part condition first, then press E to buy it - a cheap shell with a dead engine costs more to fix than it sells for.
6Drive it back to your plot, put it on the lift and scan every part with the wrench before repairing anything.
7Sell the finished car to Roberto for cash; the free starter car alone is worth roughly 25,000 if you would rather skip straight to a better shell.

Mechanic Legends Money Guide

Five cash sources compared with the numbers attached: starter car resale, customer jobs, junkyard flips, codes and drag or delivery work. Each route lists what it actually pays so you can pick the loop that fits your garage level today.

StarterSell the free starter car for roughly 25,000 Cash and put it straight into a wreck with fewer broken parts.
JobsCustomer jobs pay per task: a 2009 Nismo Z30 with 2 tasks pays 1,498, a 1997 Mizora Miara with 4 tasks pays 3,069.
FlipBuy low at the junkyard, repair only the parts that block the engine warning light, then resell to Roberto.
Codes30KLIKES plus 35KLIKES is 50,000 Cash for free, and FIVESPINS adds 5 wheel spins on top.
RacingDrag races plus delivery and taxi shifts add income while you wait for the junkyard stock to refresh.

Mechanic Legends Best Cars

A tier list of what is actually worth buying, from the 399 R$ Supercar Offer down to the sub-1,000 junkyard shells that quietly lose money. Ranked by resale ceiling, drag performance and how much the repair bill eats into the flip.

S Tier

Supercars - the Supercar Offer pass at 399 R$ is the dev-described very quick car, and a lucky auction pull is the only other route in.

A Tier

JDM and muscle builds - JDM Pack at 300 R$ and 3 Muscle Cars at 550 R$ are the drag-race core and hold value on resale.

B Tier

Junkyard sedans and hatchbacks - steady profit once repaired; the 1997 Mizora Miara also shows up as a 4-task job car paying 3,069.

C Tier

Starter and low-value wrecks - the Beginner Car and sub-1,000 shells, where the parts bill usually swallows the sale price.

Mechanic Legends Repairs

How a repair actually runs from lift to resale: which parts to check, when replacing beats repairing, and how to clear the engine warning light without rebuilding the whole block. Written for players who keep buying cars that lose money.

1Drive or tow the car onto your garage lift - you cannot inspect or remove parts while it sits on the ground.
2Equip the wrench and scan every component; each part reads as repairable, cleanable, polishable or replace-only.
3Work the expensive engine bay items first: battery, intercooler, exhaust manifold, block and transmission take the biggest share of the bill.
4Fix only what is needed to clear the engine warning light before you spend on cosmetic issues.
5Test drive it, confirm the warning light stays off, then sell - an unrepaired body still tanks the resale price.

Mechanic Legends Upgrades

Engine swaps, turbos, ECUs and the game passes that shortcut them, with the exact R$ prices and what each one actually changes. Includes the order to buy them in so you are not stacking power on a car you cannot control.

SwapEngine swap pulls the stock block and drops in racing parts; the Official Mechanic badge for it has been earned 385,229 times.
TurboTurbo is the biggest single power jump per part and has been won 232,828 times at 1.1% badge rarity.
ECUThe ECU is bought from the in-game parts shop and should be the last engine purchase, not the first.
PassesSupercharger pack at 200 R$ grants a free engine part, Tire Pack is 300 R$, Garage+ at 300 R$ doubles your garage car limit.
OrderTires and handling first, then turbo and ECU, then the full engine swap once the shell is already sale-ready.

Mechanic Legends Auction

The auction garage is a gamble, not a shop: you pay a fixed price for a random vehicle and the result decides whether you made money. This walkthrough covers how to bid without wiping out your repair budget.

1Set a waypoint from the map screen - the auction area sits beside the junkyard lot.
2Pay the fixed price for a slot and receive a random vehicle, so treat the payout range as unpredictable by design.
3Inspect engine and body damage the moment it lands; a rare shell with a dead block still needs parts you may not afford yet.
4Keep a repair reserve - never spend your last cash on a pull, or the car sits broken on your plot.
5Decide fast: resell for a thin margin, or run it through repairs if the market value clearly covers the parts bill.

Mechanic Legends Customization

Stance, paint, rims and neons - the cosmetic layer that decides what a finished build sells for. Includes which parts come from the paid packs and which tools you already own in the garage.

StanceLowering is the most-awarded build badge in the game after the welcome badge, with 3,962,251 Lower! badges handed out.
PaintStrip the old paint at the paint booth before respraying, and price the spray into the resale number up front.
RimsLift the car, use the tire splitter to separate tire from rim, then mix and match; Tire Pack at 300 R$ adds an exclusive set.
PacksJDM Pack at 300 R$ unlocks a JDM body set, and The 3 Classics pass is free - both are otherwise unobtainable cars.
NeonNeons and add-on trim raise a build's sale price without touching performance, so they pay back on display cars.
